(Bronze, Silver, Gold)
To encourage National Faith Bodies to support the work of CAPNM, we have created a Sponsorship Program, which provides an opportunity to support the work of CAPNM while providing the following incentives in return:
Donations
Gold Level Sponsorship
Over $2500
CAPNM will provide for participation and visibility at the CAPNM Annual Conference by dedicating space for a display (to be provided by the sponsor), recognition on our Web Site, and at the Conference and full registration fees for a maximum of two participants at either the virtual conference or in-person conference (travel, special outings, accommodations, workshops and separate meals will be the responsibility of the delegates).
Silver Level Sponsorship
Over $1500
CAPNM will provide for participation and visibility at the CAPNM Annual Conference by dedicating space for a display (to be provided by the sponsor), recognition on our Web Site, and at the Conference and full registration fees for one participant at either the virtual or in-person conference (accommodations, travel, special outings, workshops and separate meals will be the responsibility of the delegates).

Bronze Level Sponsorship
Over $500
CAPNM will provide visibility at the annual CAPNM Conference by dedicating a space for a display (to be provided by the sponsor), and providing written recognition and/or promotion of the sponsors logo at both the conference and on the CAPNM website

Personal Donation Options
Friends of CAPNM
When you become a “Friend of CAPNM” for an annual donation of $125, you will receive a certificate that is appropriate for framing and hanging in a prominent place. This certificate will come with a seal posted on it in the year one space and have space for four additional seals.

In addition, when you have been a “Friend of CAPNM” four consecutive years, you will receive your CAPNM membership for free in the fifth year.
If you wish to make a Friend of CAPNM Donation, you are asked to e-mail our CAPNM Administrative Coordinator a admin@capnm.ca
Spirit Angel
When you become a “Sprit Angel” with CAPNM for an annual donation of $250, you will receive a certificate that is appropriate for framing and hanging in a prominent place. This certificate will come with a seal posted on it in the year one space and have space for four additional seals.
In addition, when you have been a “Spirit Angel” four consecutive years, you will receive your CAPNM membership for free in the fifth year, and in the fifth consecutive year, you will receive a hand-made ceramic pottery piece created by L’Arche, Daybreak in Toronto, with the CAPNM logo imprinted on it (the board of directors reserves the right to substitute this article if not available at time of order).

Celebratory and/or
Memorial Donations
The Canadian Association for Parish Nursing Ministry is pleased to be able to offer a recognition plan for special times in a person’s life, i.e. Birthdays, Anniversaries, Baptisms, Confirmations, Weddings and of course Memorial recognition. Here is a chance to support the work of CAPNM and let the person you wish to honour or in the case of bereavement, the family of that person, know you are thinking of them.

If you wish to make a donation in memory of someone, you are asked to e-mail our CAPNM Administrative Coordinator at admin@capnm.ca and indicate the following:

The amount of the donation.

The special event this is recognizing.

Your name and mailing address.

The name of the person being recognized.

The name and mailing address of the person you wish notified that a donation has been made.

Designate your donation to a specific use.

Do you wish a Tax Receipt?

Once your information has been received, a letter will be sent to the named recipient acknowledging that a donation has been made in recognition of the event you indicated (the donation amount will not be disclosed).
As you are aware, CAPNM is a recognized charity and issues a charitable tax receipt for donations.​
Once your donation has been received by the Canadian Association for Parish Nursing Ministry, you will receive a copy of the acknowledgement letter. If requested, a charitable tax receipt will be issued and sent at the beginning of the next tax season (calendar year).
